The concept of Xi’an Grill & Cuisine was inspired by the original method of grilling fish between wire mesh over the charcoal stove. Throughout the design, repetitive linear patterns with vibrant colours and lighting have been used to set the character of this brand and design.

The overall visual identity of Xi’an Grill is bold, funky and playful. This is portrayed through featuring elements such as bright neon lights, industrial and European furniture and graphics such as street signs. The use of striking colours such as red and blue is predominantly used to bring out the street food vibe indoors.
